Positive, confident and flexible in her approach are the three impressions which I acquired from the first interaction with Dr. Soumya Holla. Based on her initial diagnosis she very clearly explained the issue and the optimal remedial action. She guided me well and was open to answer all the queries to facilitate decision making towards the proposed surgery and did not rush things considered my personal situation and allowed me independent time to take the call for surgery. Once I made a decision to undergo the surgery her staff Ms Geetha guided me on the required formalities and supported me in the insurance paperwork as well.The clinic is very well maintained, hygienic and the staff takes personal attention is ensuring comfort and convenience. Mr Gidde gowda took extremely good care of me during the stay for the surgery, from sample collection to IV progression was smooth. He checked on my progress periodically and not once did I need to call for any medical attendant.I would like to thank the entire medicos staff Dr Soumya, Dr Hemanth (Anesthesia), Geetha and Mr Gidde Gowda for their support and care. I am Sudha the patient 45 years visited Dr. Soumya, today at HOLLA Breast Centre around 12.30 afternoon. As soon as the staff informed her about the doctor who has recommended us and also when we informed about the far off place we have come from, she promised us to attend us in an hour and exactly after an hour she was in the spot. Without a second time waste she attended me with a smile. That shows her down to earth nature. Within a moment she brought us out from the confusion we had about the problem and suggested that the surgery is not required with proper explanation. We had consulted Dr.Soumya Holla for my mother's breast papilloma surgery. Right from initial diagnosis till post-operative consultation, we had a very good experience.She is a wonderful doctor with lot of patience and answered all our queries. Doctor Sowmya is really awesome person. She is so kind and very friendly person. She gave me confidence in her words as a wonderful human being. I had a breast abscess operation before two months. Again I found breast abscess so I consulted few doctors and took treatment which worsen the abscess and they asked me to go for operation again. I don't wanted to go for operation again since it's more painful. So I searched and found doctor Sowmya details in practo and thought to take a suggestion from her by reading her reviews. I explained my situation to doctor Sowmya. She did a magic in one tablet without surgery. I can't thank her in words. I wish I could have seen her before when I had my first abscess. Thank God for showing her to me. She is highly experienced doctor. She helped me to overcome from my fear and health issues during my tough time.
